Founded by Jesse Morano and Benjamin Luc — registered builders with hands-on experience across acquisition, renovation and development. Jesse is also a licensed real estate agent and qualified electrician, bringing a practical, end-to-end understanding of property, construction and delivery.

The Project Advisory was created to bridge the gap between property advice and real-world execution — helping clients make more informed decisions from acquisition through to completion.

With hands-on experience across development and construction, Jesse is a LEA, REC and Registered Builder, he ensures each project is grounded in both practical delivery and long-term value.

    Sonia leads the financial and operational side of the business, managing cash flow, project tracking, and internal systems. She is central to how the business functions day to day — providing the structure, oversight and control that keeps everything aligned and moving.

    Benjamin brings deep structural and construction expertise to every project TPA is involved in. As a registered builder with years of hands-on experience across residential development and construction, Benjamin assesses every asset from the ground up
