14 Lansdowne Street, Pascoe Vale was a collaborative project delivered alongside TP Built Group, centred around the thoughtful renovation and repositioning of a character-filled residential home in Melbourne’s north. The project focused on balancing architectural warmth with practical liveability, introducing a refined material palette, improved spatial flow and carefully resolved detailing throughout. With an emphasis on longevity, functionality and restrained design, the outcome reflects a considered approach to modern living while remaining grounded in the character of the original home.
