The Project Advisory began, and still thrives, in redevelopment and renovations, where we honed our ability to source, transform, and maximise the potential of properties. To tackle the common challenges and risks of property renovations, we developed our own systems to streamline the process and ensure every project meets our strict quality standards and time frames. Over time, we leveraged our success to expand our offerings. Along the way, we’ve built strong relationships with real estate agents, suppliers, and contractors, allowing us to work efficiently, secure materials, and stay aligned with market trends. This foundation has enabled us to broaden our services and help clients confidently navigate their own property journeys. As registered builders and licensed estate agents, we now provide comprehensive support through every stage of property acquisition, renovation, and sale, applying the same expertise and care that’s been central to our success from the start.

    All our inspections are completed by one of our directors, ensuring you only work with registered building practitioners with extensive experience.

    Our approach is thorough and personal, with both written and verbal reports presented pre and post inspection.

  • Our property staging and styling service happened organically from staging our own developments and renovations. Our staging and styling showcases your home’s best features to potential buyers. By combining expert staging with tailored styling, we enhance your property’s appeal, helping it stand out in the market.

  • TPA. Built is the the result of years and years of trial and error, we have completed over 30 seperate projects just in 2024, with our first projects going all the way back to 2019. We have genuine passion for property and are thrilled to have the opportunity to share our experiences and knowledge with our clients
