Whether you are trying to understand a layout, plan a renovation, work out where to start or simply need to be pointed in the right direction, this session gives you a builder's honest perspective on your specific situation.

We arrive prepared. You complete a short questionnaire beforehand so we can make the most of the time together. From there it is a direct, practical conversation — no padding, no generic advice. Just clear direction on your next step, whether that is engaging a tradesperson, briefing an architect or locking in a scope.

END TO END CONSULT.


This is an end-to-end preparation package. Full scope from layouts through to procurement - so you or your builder have everything needed from day one.We work through the full design direction, lock in the scope and ensure every decision is made before work begins. From there we can stay involved throughout the renovation — sitting between you and the builder, reviewing progress, and making sure the project stays on track.

Incomplete information at the start of a project is the single biggest cause of budget blowouts and builder disputes. When the scope is clear and someone independent is across the detail, the build runs cleaner, faster and with far fewer surprises.
