Our role is to help you assess the property, your objectives and the likely investment so you can determine the most appropriate path, whether that is renovating, extending, reconfiguring, selling or acquiring a more suitable property. We provide clear direction at the decision stage, before significant design fees or construction commitments are made.
This service can be engaged independently as a single consultation. Following this, some clients proceed with further assistance such as acquisition, sale preparation or project planning, while others simply use the guidance to move forward with their chosen approach.

A short introductory call to understand your situation and determine whether our service is appropriate for you.
We discuss your property, what you are considering and what you are hoping to achieve. This allows us to confirm how we can assist and what the next step should be.
There is no cost for this call.

A detailed consultation, either conducted at the property or video call.
We review the home together and work through your options based on the pre start questionnaire, including renovation approach, layout direction, feasibility, likely budget ranges and the suitability of the property for your intended outcome.
You will leave this session with clear direction on the most appropriate path forward.

Approximately one week later we schedule a follow-up call.
This allows time for you to consider the discussion and ask further questions. We refine any remaining decisions and confirm next steps, whether that involves engaging designers, preparing the property for sale, acquisition assistance or proceeding independently.
