TPA Built Group delivers residential building works across renovations, extensions and alterations to existing homes. Our approach is practical and considered — focusing on improving how a home functions day-to-day while respecting the character of the original building.
We undertake full and partial renovations, structural alterations, internal reconfigurations and rear additions, working closely with clients, designers and consultants to carry projects from planning through to completion. Works commonly include kitchens and bathrooms, open-plan living areas, layout changes, external upgrades and general building improvements.
We are regularly engaged to update older homes, resolve long-standing building issues and integrate new works into existing structures in a way that feels cohesive rather than added on. Projects can be delivered as standalone building works or as part of a broader property strategy, with all construction carried out by a licensed builder in accordance with current building regulations and standards.
